It’s more than who shot the biggest deer in camp or who caught the biggest fish. It’s about making the most of the time spent outdoors with family and friends. It’s about meeting new friends that will influence your life so much that you, yourself cannot wait to pass the experience on.
It’s about shooting an 11 point 135 class whitetail with your video camera at 20 yards instead of your gun opening day of the Wisconsin gun deer season. It’s about hearing the same hunting stories over and over again every hunting season from your 91 year old grandfather who still deer hunts! It’s about watching a 12 year old boy shoot his first pheasant and his excitement is so over whelming words cannot explain, it’s something you will have to experience. It’s about taking a friend on his first turkey hunt, calling in a bird for him to 15 yards, he shoots the bird and you are more excited than he is. It’s about taking your nephew fishing and all he wants to do is cast, he’s not worried about catching the limit! It’s about the anticipation of your daughter growing up and sharing all your experiences with her and creating a life time of new ones. It’s about sitting in a boat trolling for eyes with your uncle, seeing the sunset and thinking that this is what it is all about….
